Urgent Hiring: Network Operations Lead
Location: Remote/Occasional Need based travel - U.S. Time Zone
Role Summary:
Lead day-to-day network operations and act as the primary client interface for service recovery, stabilization, and performance improvement. Ensure network reliability and quality through effective collaboration, technical expertise, and proactive issue management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead network operations, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.
Coordinate with offshore teams for escalation and service continuity.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Manage configuration and maintenance of routing, switching, firewalls, and F5 load balancers.
Drive service improvements, stability, and process optimization.
Support projects involving redesigns, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Core Skills:
Mandatory: Routing & Switching (CCNP or equivalent), Network Firewalls (Palo Alto / Cisco / Fortinet), F5 Load Balancer
Good to Have: BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, STP, SVI, VTP, Cloud Networking, Automation, Wireless.
